i'm asked to how develop Point of sale systems ...like transight or micros .
this software after you install it you can create F&B for restaurant and hotels systems
in easy and fast steps .

i want to know what is the tool of the way to start developing such that software.

You can you use DevExpress or Telerik compoent which make your design better.
