I am new to SharePoint apps. I have basic knowledge on SharePoint hosted apps and auto hosted apps. But zero percent knowledge in provider hosted apps. Can you please tell me how to set up environment for Office 365 Provider hosted apps step by step.

Please also share any useful links?
