Read those links and there are chances that you're going to learn how to upload your website to their servers through themself by reading their manuals.

5ed. I would add that self-hosting is also quite possible, but... OP need to look at the comment to the question by RyanDev. :-)
Also, there are many other Web hosting businesses not listed in the page your referenced. It takes some serious shopping. I would advice just one thing: don't buy before you try. Some business provide decent trial period before getting to payed service.

2. Once you have registered for hosting provider, then you can upload all your files via FTP to your root folder.

3. Dont forget to check your connection string and setup your default page.
