Please Suggest Me How Can I Display Multiple Rows In Html Table Using Windows Service?

I prepared windows service which is seding emails by using html template. But when I am fetching data from database and then i am displaying database table data in html then i can displaying only one row at a time eventhough mutiple rows are there in the recordset ? So please suggest me how can I display multiple rows in html table using windows service?
