It is a pure mathematical problem:

You can find a lot of about finding the center of a circle, pick the best for you and turn it into a simple computation...

And don't forget... With only two points, there are three cases:
1. If the distance between the two points is < 2*radius, there are two possible "centers"
2. If the distance between the two points is = 2*radius, there is only one "center" that lies at the midpoint of the line between the points
3. If the distance between the two points is > 2*radius, there are no solutions
