how do I get fitness function from neural network BPNN

I have a set of data's from maching a metal. 5 input parameters which are influence on 2 responses. There are 27 set of experimental data's that means one experimental data Will have 5 input parameters which influence on 2 responses.similarly for all 27 set of experiments. Now what I need means how can develop a neureal network model to predict some unknown datas. And also weather it possible to form fitness function for those data in neural network to optimisation of that fitness function.
Anyone Please help me

My knowledge of NN is just theoretical so no practical advice from me. But you have to have SOME idea of what are good results otherwise there cannot be any comparison toward "good" solution - there are methods that could find you extremes, but you again need to know what they mean FOR YOUR PARTICULAR NEED in order to evaluate them.
