how to get return value from url api

Hi guys,

I have to get the return value from the url api,

I have this api url:

http://sms.net/gw/?userName=&userPassword=&numbers=&userSender=&msg=&By= API

which returns some values like: 1 or 1010 or 1020.. on the browser.

how can i get this value n use in my code.

plz help me.
