free barcode dll with proper documentation for wpf

Hi,

Can any one provide me a link for
barcode dll for wpf

I googled it a lot but not get good link. Which can be free dll and with proper tutorial how to use it

which can be totally free.
And from that dll I can make barcode images, save it as well as can able to decode the data present in barcode images
