In Amazan web server how to host 2 website in single IP and single instance

Hi All
I am newly using Amazan web server,We already hosted one application in IIS with .net Framework. In the same Instance we want to host a website which is developed in Wordpress without disturbing our old hosted application.Is it possible if so please provide me a solution.
