Hi , I'm writing an application for storing my projects in it.
I have a lot of solutions (*.sln files) that I want to import them in my new project...
I couldn't find any way for that .
Can any one help me how can I retrieve all data , directories & files ... of a solution

In the Visual Studio menu, you may want to explore

File | New Project | From Existing Code...

I've never personally used it, but this might be what you need.

You can also add another solution's project(s) by right clicking your solution in the Solution Explorer, and clicking Add | Existing Project... in the context menu.
