Finding object in a picture

Hello, lets say that I have some images like this one and from these images I want to get the part of the image with the red ball with eyes like this. Can anyone tell me how can I do this?

P.S. I have a slow pc so don't suggest the compare pixel by pixel method

Solution 1

Image pattern recognition is being worked on by many research groups with a lot more resources than you. None of whom is going to share their code or patented methods.
