Does the data need to be broken out into fields, or can you store the entire string in some kind of text field? You have it tagged under ASP.NET...is your intent that you're getting a text file uploaded, or is the user copying/pasting data to your site? Also, please detail the language you're working with and what version of ASP.NET as these details can seriously drive the answer to this kind of question.

Any way you like. You have a text file, you can read it, you can split it with the split method of the string class to get the data seperated on the comma, if you want, it's entirely up to you what you want to do.
