XML
<div id="DivWall">

        </asp:Timer>
        <asp:UpdatePanel ID="UpdatePanel1" runat="server" UpdateMode="Conditional">
            <Triggers>
                <asp:AsyncPostBackTrigger ControlID="Timer1" EventName="Tick" />
            </Triggers>
            <ContentTemplate>
                <asp:DataList ID="DataList1" runat="server">
                    <ItemTemplate>
                        <asp:Button ID="btnComment" runat="server" Text="Comment" />
                        <asp:DataList ID="DataList2" runat="server">
                            <ItemTemplate>
                                <asp:UpdatePanel ID="UpdatePanel2" runat="server" UpdateMode="Conditional">
                                    <asp:Panel runat="server" id="PanelComment">
                                        <asp:TextBox ID="txtCommentBox" runat="server">
                                        </asp:TextBox>
                                        <asp:Button ID="btnCommentSubmit" runat="server" Text="Comment" OnClick="btnCommentSubmit_Click" />
                                    </asp:Panel>
                                </asp:UpdatePanel>
                            </ItemTemplate>
                        </asp:DataList>
                        <asp:CollapsiblePanelExtender ID="CollapsiblePanelExtender1" runat="server" TargetControlID="PanelComment"
                            CollapseControlID="btnComment" ExpandControlID="btnComment" Collapsed="true">
                        </asp:CollapsiblePanelExtender>
                    </ItemTemplate>
                </asp:DataList>
