HOWTO: Lockdown Internet Explorer using a Trusted Zone helper

Installation Instructions:

1) Extract contents of ZIP archive to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\
2) Execute tzhlp.reg to install into IE.

Note:	If your Internet Explorer exists at a different location (or you wish
	to locate the software elsewhere) you will need to edit the tzhlp.reg
	file with a valid path to 'tzhlp.html'.

Uninstallation:
Use the Registry Editor (Start->Run->"regedit"->OK) and navigate to the key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt\

Once there, delete the key called "Change domain trust..."
