I think it should be reported.
The links in his bio drive to his software site.

Quote: The links in his bio drive to his software site. That is allowed - have a look at @chris-maunder 's profile
It looks a little spammy but at least they're a developer

Might be worth putting the link as text rather than a hyperlink in case @OriginalGriff 's bot comes along and reports it as a "still alive"

Here's a link to the QA Frequently asked questions - Code Project Quick Answers FAQ[^]
Spam can be
- advertising a product in an inappropriate way
- "site - driving" - posting answers that consist of a link to your own blog or website
These can often be found getting posted as answers to posts that were already answered years ago.
Abuse of the site can include "trolling" - posting silly or non-answers or being rude to members. This can include mass downvoting of a specific members posts because they have upset you - ordinary members can't tell who is doing this but the site admin can
Abuse can also include plagiarism - this is posting information (e.g. an article or an answer) that is someone else's work.
There is also more information on the Terms Of Service[^]

Ashutosh Gpta - Professional Profile
has been already here due to plagiarism. He has created a new account and now is asking "how to do the layout of my web like in [Link]"
The question got nuked in moderation while I wrote this message, so I can't copy the content.
I think he is getting very close to the limits again...
What do you think?

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.

I'll put him on my watch list for now

He didn't ask the question, he's replying to it with a link to a paid for product with a free trial - I nuked the first two attempts in moderation together, then let the third through and replied giving him a polite warning before deleting the solution.
If it comes back - he's branching out into spam.

OriginalGriff wrote: If it comes back - he's branching out into spam. He was begging for reinstauration of the previous account... and now this
And then they wonder because the 2nd chances are so limited...
But I would say it was a question, his Q-Counter was 5 and after nuke was 4

I'm guessing it's a "resume thing" - he wants something, anything to stick on it to make it look more impressive.

Not me then - I killed three answers with the same link but saw no questions.

reached to 4 just by replying to some one with link. i was thinking my reply did not posted and then i replied second time with same content, then realized that Mr OriginalGriff deleted the link then i could understand such links are not acceptable..

There is also his 'roommate' account ; I wrote a message in moderators forum about it. Apparently he
mixed up both accounts at some point, a reply to one of his solutions clearly shows that the account has been renamed to hide the sock-puppetry.
