Using urdu language in vb.net application

Hi,
I want to buil an application, in which text boxes can take urdu language. I tried changing the font and put it to Arabic but when I ran it and typed something, it types in English.
I do not want user to change regional setting when my application is used.
I have seen this in many urdu applications, when we install, we simply run them without changing any settings.
Please advise how to do it?

Calm down! I'm just trying to help you.
I understood that you need to change the support for RTL languages that's why I mentioned that property.

Did you even set up and switched keyboard layout? Are you able to type Urdu in a text editor, such as Notepad?
Sorry if it is trivial. Looking at your behavior I can assume anything, pardon me.

You amaze me. No! There is keyboard layouts (system setting) and selection of keyboard layout which is switched by any moment, maybe character to character.
Look, do you ever type anything other than English? I don't know what to talk about.

@kfsehgal: please understand: until you confirm you can type in Urdu using any non-specialized software such as Notepad, we cannot help you.

You see, I cannot speak or understand any of the languages using Urdu, but when I tested the text editor I created, I actually typed in Perso-Arabic script for testing purposes, with some help of my colleague.

If you don't do it, you cannot make sure your component works.

At the same time, you don't need a special programming effort; it only needs a font supporting Unicode and the required range of code points and the control. Everything in .NET works with Unicode.

OK, and do you have any idea what Unicode is?
