I Need Urdu InPage to Text Conversion Or UniCode Conversion Required for Windows Application in C sharp,If any SDK,OCX or DLL is avialable,I need to Convert Bulk InPage Files,Any related Solution will be Appreciated .

Not clear. Convert what, from what encoding? What SDK? If you know some encoding, you can convert text character-by-character without anything else. You just need a table of codes for your legacy encoding.
