/Is there any way to send sms by use a android cell phone and use in visual studio

dear sir

i used to send sms by AT command by using my

nokia symbian phone

then it was supperly works then that cell phone not working any more then now how can do same with any od android phone use is there any way to send sms by using and that deduction money my cell phone network provider or my account which is SIM i use in my cell phone please help to guide

i did not use any code yet because i am new learning

This is going to vary from phone to phone, and does not work with all devices. Most likely you will need to root the phone and use ADB to access the baseband processor.

You may want to search for Android GSM Modem

sir as you said this is not working with all devices then can you tell what way use by http://www.ozekisms.com/ they give app in android phone and they start service in device it generate a ip and then user name and password after that you can use that by this desktop app application in your computer and you also use its code by your own any programming language as like c sharp i did but there is a problem that it is use add some by default text which is this is send by ozeki i do not want to this
