Let's take by example VLC's streaming system, how to receive such a stream and play it in a browser window?

I can't find documentation or (highly preferred) code samples

Solution 1

Seems like SL doesn't support RTSP.
But you can have a look here[^]. It may help you.

Hi, thanks.

May it be possible to use ASF incapsulation with silverlight? Or another container, I just want to point out my application should be a conferencing system so 10 seconds are not an acceptable delay (as I've found here: VideoNet[^])

Do you have any suggestion to use silverlight and a streaming application for a live conferencing system?
