How to adapt microsoft 2010 access file with msi setup file in any machine

When I want to run my software(.exe file), then this .exe file couldn't find the access database file and show a error message.

The error message:
" System.InvalidOperationException: The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine. "
