Importing excel data to a windows form

Hi,
I am trying to import data from an excel sheet to a windows form.Specifically,i need to print an id card with the data from an excel sheet.So i have implemented a system for opening the excel sheet in a windows form.After that, next form will get opened,in which we can enter a serial number.After entering the serial number,next form will get opened,which have background image as the id card template.In that form , there are 2 textboxes for entering the name and date of joining.I need to import the specified data from the excel sheet regarding the serial number.How can I do that?Anybody please help me.
