when i start my computer the CPU meter gadget shows that RAM of system is 70% in use and if i start visual studio or some other software the CPU meter shows RAM usage to nearly 80-95%.

My question is, is there any way to clean the RAM

If it's that way when you start your computer, you should probably check your start up programs and disable anything you aren't using. Here's a tutorial[^] on how to do that. If you're still hitting numbers that high when just booting, you might just need more RAM.

I set my virtual memory high (about double recommended) My memory usage shows about 40% even if im not running anything. When I'm running multiple programmes im stil at 40% (paging) it seems to work quite well. I tweek my system constantly to get every bit of performance out of it that I can.
