Need to develop window based software for System performance, Registry clean, junk file clean.

Hi All,
I want to create windows based software in vc++, which clear unnecessary registry reference, temporary junk files, set start up programs for window etc.

i need help how can start over it.

and first of all i need solution or say commands for
1)listing unnecessary registry
2)listing unnecessary files, junk files, temporary files in system
3) how to take backup of existing registry.

through c++/vc++ language.
