Zooming Selected area of picture

Dear all,
i want to Zoom a specific area of a picture while i click on Zoom button it should Creat a Rectangle in 20pxl height and 20pxl width so then i click on picture so according to the Rectangle size which has been Created should zoom the picture and i want this solution using Asp.net.
