I am connecting one ip address through m remote desktop from my local system now i wanted to copy some files from outside system to here using cmd prompt.Please help me out..

Let's give an example

My system ip-198.138.166.10 from D drive

Outside ip- 220.178.90.9 E drive

How to write cmd for this ..

Pleaee help me out on this

CMD is off-topic; it has nothing to do with programming, software development, computer science. This is stuff for ordinary system users, not engineers/scientists/designers. I don't say you don't deserve an answer, but if we start dealing with users, we will go far from the purpose of this site. Try to find some site for admins and other non-engineers.

Short answer: use FTP.

Use FTP. Or Microsoft file sharing service. Or something else. Nothing works by just IP: the other side should run some service.
And let me repeat: we are not supposed to answer non-programming questions here.
