Hi
I have referenced openxmlpowertools for converting word to html in VisualStudio 2010, but when I try to build the project I am getting an error saying

Unable to determine category for references assembly OpenXmlPowerTools.dll.

Please help me .

What I have tried:

Tried editing cs.proj file changing version specific and tried in google but could not find it looks like no one faced this problem.
