How to make a call using asterisk (C#)?

Hi to everyone. I'd like to ask some help in the next situation:

My goal is to make a call from the application using Asterisk. I have Switchvox IP PBX demo server which gives me ability to use all the features of the Asterisk.

But I'd like if someone could give me step-by-step instruction on how to reach the goal. Desired language - C#.

Would be nice to see also any samples that might help.
