How to resolve 'recycle IIS application pool error in sharepoint project'

when i deploy SharePoint project on visual studio 2012 then i get Error r occurred in deployment step:Recycle IIS Application Pool The local SharePoint server is not available. Check that the server is running and connected to the SharePoint farm. SharePoint Project

What I have tried:

I reset IIS but still i get same error.
