If you can't understand the books that you read, the absolute best thing you can do is take a class at your local college or university.

If you do not like the answers you get to your off topic questions, then don't ask. The ONLY way you can learn is by studying, research and PRACTICE. Since you say you can't understand the studying, and you can't practice, then what exactly would you have us tell you?

Sure you did. You are looking for a magic bullet and there isn't any such thing. If you cannot understand the simple explanation MEANT FOR BEGINNERS in your books, what good do you thing tutorials would do you? You are going to learn things out of order and you are going to get confused frustrated and angry. And then you are going to come back here over and over and over expecting that we can teach you programming one question at a time. And you will just get more confused, more frustrated and more angry.

I would suggest picking a language first and then getting a book on it. For example, C#. But also decide if you want to do Windows Applications or Web Pages. And search on Amazon.com for beginner books. Then go through the examples. Once you have a basic understanding then challenge yourself with a simple project. Perhaps a Windows Forms app that allows someone to type in data and you save it into a file, or something simple enough that you can accomplish.

Visual Studio can be downloaded for free and there are free versions of Sql so you can use a database to store data. See Free Developer Software & Services | Visual Studio[^]

And then do other projects that interest you or get a job doing code. Good luck.
