Polling system in asp.net 3.5 web application

i required to add polling feature to my web application i tried to find on google n i got lots of code. one code that really fullfill my requirement i am giving the url http://www.clientsideasp.net/2009/03/01/aspnet-ajax-poll-using-jquery-a-complete-implementation-with-admin-part/[^]
so i want to convert AddPoll_CS.aspx, ListPoll_CS.aspx, Poll_CS.aspx these three pages to user control so that i can put on my page can any one help me out.

Start here: How to: Create an ASP.NET User Control [^]. Read the documentation and see how far you get on yoru own. When you get really stuck having given it a good go on your own, then come back and ask a question.
