DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.

Urgency deleted: It may be urgent to you, but it isn't to us. All that your stressing the urgency does is to make us think you have left it too late, and want us to do it for you. This annoys some people, and can slow a response.

Use VB.NET Black book for VB with .NET framework...And as Mehdi suggest use GOOGLE....:) and use the software VISUAL STUDIO 2008...for coding

Software: Get Visual Studio (at least the VB Express edition - it's free, just google).

Books: Any of them, pretty much, provided you avoid anything with "...for Dummys" or "...in 7 Days!" in the title. Do the exercises - all of them - and follow it in the order given. Don't be tempted to skip forward a chapter as "I know this stuff" - you will miss important bits, most of the time.
