Creating and managing folders in C#

Hi,
I want to create an application in asp.net which would enable user to create folders and then transfer their files there. i want to do this visually i mean a folder icon will be visible and when they click, it would open like in Windows. so if anyone has done it before please give me some help....Thanks

well its a nice one.......but since i am relatively new and its doing it from AJAX point of view ....I want simple application. thanx for ur response.
