create folders and manage permissions on MOSS

I wanna add folders, subfolders and manage their permissions in microsoft office sharepoint. However, I don't wanna make them manually one by one. Can somebody help me?

Solution 1

Either u have to write Utility using Object Based Model programming for Sharepoint.
U can use Sharepoint Webservices to perform operation for you by making utlity.

U can also control security information of folders also.
