Newsletter lost View Online URL

I receive the Daily Insider to a government account, which converts the message to plain text. I can no longer find the link "View online" which has a URL similar to : http://www.codeproject.com/script/Mailouts/View.aspx?mlid=0. Without this, I cannot find the online version of the newsletter (I've tried from your site the Features | Daily Insider menu but that isn't the same).

Can you put the "View online" link back in the newsletter?
