How to develop trial version for a new Product or already Existed

I want to make a license Limited for my existing application Product. So what are the Factors that, I should consider while developing it, installing and upgrading the application.

Let us assume the scenario I given license for limited user of 30, if they ask to upgrade that for another 10 users then how should I develop it. How do I validate the license key for individuals? Application must be most securely validate while upgrading.

This is a very broad question with many connotations. It can't possibly be answered in one shot here. There are many articles available that discuss licensing schema and a number of commercial products for it. I would suggest you begin your research there.
