This is an android app and I want the same result in visual basic

the app creates "panels" dynamically and arrange it in rows and columns.

1- i want code to create panels dynamically with different location of the one before it ,with different information inside each panel
2- i want to scroll the main form that has those panels (just like android touch scroll pages)

What I have tried:

i didn't try anything yet .......................................
