How to use signalr with .NET core and javascript

I am working on a Continuous speech to text recognization feature, but I am facing technical challenges in consideration of specific input/output.below is the requirement

Will take input from microhone which is in PCM Data formate.
SingalR to be used in speech recognization
SingalR will return the Transcript after completing speech recognization

With above link i created backend application but how to test with .net


But i have to use Javascript to call Backend applicaltion

What I have tried:

Continuous speech to text on the server with Cognitive Services - Martin CodeZ[^]
