Codeproject API to use with heatmap

Hello,
I want to use codeproject results such as it examines an image and elaborates how many individuals are there in the picture. these results are required outside to be used to create a heatmap. How can i do it.

What I have tried:

I don't know what to try.
I had my image revviewd by the codeproject and it produced a result. I assume to use this image and or use a video to know how many individuals are there in the picture or a video and later use that information to create a heatmap.
