Use CodeProject ai and blue iris seperately

I currently have two HP Elitedesk 800 G6 mini. I figured I could load blue iris on one and codeproject ai on the other. However, when I launch cpai it fails to start a few modules and it doesn't provide me the server url information I need to add to BI. Instead it shows local host and a port. I tried using the computer's IP instead but BI says bad path. When looking online I see people running remotely with docker. Is that the only way to run this separately from BI? I apologize if this is the wrong location for the question or if it has been answered. I'm still currently reading the posts and looking for videos.

What I have tried:

Using the second computers Ip address along with the port listed on the ai server url.
