Reading all data from Crystal Report Section by Section

Is there any way to read all data from Crystal Report Section by Section? OR
Can we show data in crystal report to datagridview? i.e. heading of crystal report will become heading of column in grid view and Details Section of crystal report become data in grid view and So on...

Not clear... Does this crystal report is not created by your software?
Please, be more specific and provide more details.

Some one has created crystal report in very complex manner and there are many crystal reports in project. I want snap of report in grid as per requirement. Doing this for all report manually is time consuming so I want general way to read it from report and display it in grid. (Report also contains grouping and sub-reports)

An obvious question is if you have the Crystal Report do you not also have access to the datasource? Maybe you can explain why you are trying to do this.
