like 1:00 AM to 1:29 Play - This video
when time is 1:30 to 2:00 another video

You STILL haven't asked a question.

I think you really need to do a bit of research into just buying a media server and using that. I really don't think you've got the skill set to write one of these complex servers yourself.

Yeah, which you absolutely need a media server to do. You're essentially just doing a live webcast of pre-recorded material. Google for "live webcasting software" and you'll come up with all kinds of servers to do this.
