I have some mobile phone's number that I want to send SMS from my mobile phone to another mobile phone via GPRS,Can anyone tell me how to do this? What all things I need to do for this? Thanks.

Thank you for answer. this link is a software for send SMS via GPRS but I want to programing with PHP and HTML and I don't know how to do this? Is that possible just programing without any device except cell phone?
