You're using ASP, not ASP.NET ? That's a big mistake, ASP was always horrid and is horribly out of date. That's also why you will have trouble finding info and help with google. ASP is dead. ASP.NET is the way to go in future.

The only way to upload files is with a file input tag. It's basic HTML, if you don't know HTML, I'm not sure how you've written a website.
