Ugrading Visual Studio 2005 to Visual Studio 2010

I am using Visual Studio 2005 in my Windows7 64bit machine. I want to upgrade it to Visual Studio 2010. Is it possible for me? If yes how??? Please help me.

Insert the disk, click install... Not sure what you are asking, it will install Visual Studio 2010 along side 2005, it doesn't upgrade anything.

Solution 3

An upgrade is not possible. You will need to buy separate licenses for the new version.
It is however, possible to run both together so you don't need to uninstall the older version.
