If you try to do it in raw form, the fingerprints of the same person will always appear different, I'm nearly 100% sure. :-)

You need to make your question much more specific: please define exactly what you mean by "raw form," and "verify."

Can we assume you mean a byte-to-byte comparison, a checksum comparison ... or ?
