Hi friends

I have to develop a windows application using C# .Net

Project Requirement

It is proposed to implement Internet users access control through proxy servers with the following features.

1. Default web Page should be Campus intranet portal.

2. Any users trying to access internet should be promoted with username/password.

3.The internet available to the users after authentication should have the following controls

a. Band width limitation

b. Content filtering

c .Web filtering

d. Timing control

as I am new to this concept I Dont know where to Refer could anyone suggest me where to get Ideas for this Project and how to start
