Solution 1

There are two ways. First, find the password and use it and second the most difficult of all the ways use Brute Force attack on the database even though the chances of getting any good result is very low.

It is most probably illegal what you are trying to do. In case it is your access database and you forgot usr/pwd there are tools to solve this.
