There are over 10,000,000 registered members on CP, so yes, somebody can help. However, you'll have to ask a specific question before we can get very far.

Your question made no sense at all. What is "Toolbox.ocx"? What is it supposed to do??

An .ocx file is an ActiveX/COM component: are you sure this particular control is usable in .NET ?

ComponentSource have the control set you appear to need ... see http://www.componentsource.com/products/dbi-component-toolbox/index.html[^]

Note that the download comes with help files and there is a support forum on that site as well.

It's not cheap though, I'd check that you definitely need it.
