I have used community site, now on click of Join this Community, i want to add user to a security group, subscribe him to alerts and some other actions. not sure how to extend the button, or how to tap this event, i tried writing an event handler that will tap AccessRequest list, but it doesn't work. I know Enable-Auto Approval is available only if it is a root site of site collection.
I don't want to replace the Join webpart, as I have number of communities, i just want to some how tap into this
