If you mean X86 assembly language, rather than plain and unadulterated 8086 assemby, this[^] from stackoverflow might help.

If my memory serves me right (haven't seen an 8086 (or assembly for that matter) for ages,
MOV EBX,OPR1
MOV EAX,OPR2
IMUL EBX

The result will be in EDX:EAX
